When a wipeout happens in kitesurfing or surfing, the challenge is rarely depth. The real difficulty is holding your breath while you are agitated, disoriented, and your heart rate is high.
Wipeout Survival Training is a breath-hold course in Dahab inspired by freediving techniques and designed specifically for surfers and kitesurfers who want to stay calm and in control after a fall.

Requirement:
Participants must hold AIDA 2 certification (or equivalent freediving certification).
What the course includes
This training combines theory and practical sessions focused on breath control and wipeout preparation.
The course includes:
1 theory session about breath-hold physiology, CO₂ tolerance and recovery breathing
Dry training including CO₂ tables and breath-hold exercises
1 pool session focused on stamina drills and wipeout simulations
2 open water sessions to practice breath control and calmness under effort
