Evolution - 28-Day Freediving Program

Evolution is a 28-day private freediving program designed to help you progress safely, consistently, and in depth.
 
The program includes the complete AIDA 3 Advanced Freediver and AIDA 4 Master Freediver certifications. To participate, you must have already completed AIDA 2 or an equivalent freediving certification.
 
Evolution is more than a sequence of certifications. It is a complete development process that includes the additional training, physical conditioning, and recovery work your body and mind need to adapt, consolidate new skills, and progress toward your goals.
 
The program integrates freediving, yoga, pranayama, trail running, swimming, CO₂ and O₂ tables, nutrition, and recovery practices. The schedule follows a rhythm of three full training days followed by one recovery day, allowing you to build consistency without forcing adaptation too quickly.
 
This is a fully personalized experience, adapted to your level, goals, preferences, and recovery needs. The objective is to guide you toward advanced recreational freediving while helping you achieve new personal bests with greater comfort, confidence, and control.
 
You will train in Dahab, one of the world’s most iconic freediving destinations, while developing your technique, water confidence, physical capacity, breath control, and mental calm.
