Chakra Activation Course 6 days
Each chakra relates to a specific level of consciousness.
You’ll explore the power of the chakras, energy centers that connect the different layers of the human being. In Sanskrit, chakra means “wheel” or “circle,” and it is responsible for generating, storing, transforming, and distributing vital energy. It is also a center of psychic energy directly connected to the brain, which can lead to an awakening or an increase in the level of consciousness.
Each day is dedicated to one chakra, with practices adapted to your body, your story, and your intention.
You’ll learn to observe your energy, balance it, and apply yoga and pranayama techniques to daily life or athletic activities.
No experience required: every practice is adapted to your level, pace, and purpose.
Extended Course (6 days)
Ideal for: a deeper, more complete experience balancing movement, breath, and meditation.
Goal: cover chakras from Root up to Throat or Heart, with time for integration and relaxation.
Sessions: 12 total
2 sessions/day - 1.5 h each
Plan:
1. Muladhara | Root Chakra
Ground yourself, find stability, and reconnect with your inner foundation. Focus on the legs, pelvis, and core to build balance, security, and a sense of safety.
2. Swadhisthana | Sacral Chakra
Open your hips and explore movement through pleasure and flow. Reconnect with your creativity, emotions, and the joy of experiencing life through your body.
3. Manipura | Solar Plexus Chakra
Ignite your inner power and confidence. Strengthen your core, awaken focus, courage, and motivation, and project your energy outward.
4. Anahata | Heart Chakra
Open your heart and cultivate self-compassion and love. Release tension in the chest and shoulders, and nurture emotional balance and connection with others.
5. Vishuddha | Throat Chakra
Awaken your voice and authentic expression. Through gentle neck, chest, and shoulder work, breath, and vocal exercises, foster clarity and self-expression.
6. Ajna | Third Eye Chakra
Expand your intuition and inner vision. Practice gentle forward folds, eye and head awareness, and meditation to enhance focus, insight, and clarity.
7. Sahasrara | Crown Chakra
Connect with higher consciousness and inner wisdom. Through seated meditation, breathwork, and energy awareness, cultivate a sense of unity, presence, and spiritual connection.
