Erin is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher, trained in Hatha and Vinyasa, with additional experience as a Pilates instructor. Her approach combines technique, breathing and body awareness, creating a practice that is both complete and accessible.

At YOGA | APNEA, Erin offers a space designed for both beginners and those looking to deepen their practice. Working one-on-one and with small groups, she provides a close and personalized guidance, supporting meaningful progress that is reflected not only in the body, but also in confidence and overall well-being.

Beyond the physical postures, Erin understands yoga as a tool to create balance and energy, always within an authentic and welcoming environment.
